Rasulullah S.A.W. says
Shahada
La ilaha il
Allah,Muhammad-ur-Rasool-Allah
(None has the right to be worshipped but
Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah)
To be a muslim is to pledge the above covenant with
Allah, the Creator of the heavens and earth, the Ruler of all that
exists, the Lord of Majesty and Highness, stating
La ilaha il Allah, Muhammad -ur-Rasool-Allah,
but first one must understand what this means:
"La
ilaha il Allah" is believing "none has the right to be worshipped but
Allah"
and
"Muhammad-ur-Rasool-Allah"
is believing "Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah"
